DECADENT CUPCAKE COMPETITION

 Attention All Non-Professional Bakers:
ENTRY DEADLINE September
15.
You're invited to enter the the
annual Decadent Cupcake Competition.
Contestants must be non-professional,
student or not previously employed in a baking or culinary capacity.
Each contestant shall produce
9 identical cupcakes, being as creative as possible. They will
be used for both judging and for display to the public.
Arrange 6 cupcakes on a tray
or plate for public display. Plate 3 cupcakes separately for
judging.
Edible decorations are required.
Piped, cutout, hand molded and directly assembled garnishes are
encouraged. The use of sugar and other edible media throughout
your cupcake creations are required. No plastic or inedible decorations
allowed.
"Decadent Cupcake"
in this context may mean: creative, over-the-top, rich, extraordinary,
artistic, or with a "wow" factor.
Prizes include cash and other
prizes
